About Hans Cummings

 Fantasy and Science Fiction Author

 

Hans Cummings grew up in both the United States and Germany. As a child, he resided in Virginia, Indiana, and Germany, and returned to Indiana at the age of 21. He is now living with his wife in Indianapolis.

Hans graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a BA in English. As an author, he has released the Zack Jackson series of young adult science fiction novels and the fantasy duology “The Foundation of Dra-Anor: Wings of Twilight” and “Iron Fist of the Oroqs. He is also the author of the Scars of the Sundering trilogy.

 

Hans encourages young people to indulge their curiosity and passion for science and exploration. Fear the Boot’s Sojourn speculative fiction anthologies include two of his short stories, and he received third place for Best Local Author in Nuvo’s Best of Indy, as well as a 2015 nomination.

In his free time, Hans enjoys tabletop gaming, computer gaming, and smoking meat.
