Zack Jackson & The Ruins of Athos

After far, far too long, the fifth Zack Jackson novel is in its final round of edits and will be available before the end of October. Officially, Zack Jackson & The Ruins of Athos will make its debut at GameHole Con in Madison, WI on Thursday, October 16, 2025. You heard it here first.

Seven years and four months is much too long in between installments in this series. Most of the kids who were reading the series as the books came out have since graduated college and gotten full time jobs (maybe, who knows in this economy…). A lot has changed in those seven years, and I struggle to identify what has changed for the better.

Still, I will press on and I promise it will not be another seven years before I conclude this series with book six: Zack Jackson & The Ringworld of Sol.
